TERMS,
IN PLAIN WORDS.

These terms cover the CRASHSCAN web app, including Crash Zap. Effective 26 September 2026.

1. What CRASHSCAN is

CRASHSCAN reads public blockchain data about the wallets you choose to scan. Crash Zap, part of CRASHSCAN, builds transactions that sell the tokenized stocks a wallet holds into another token. You review each zap and sign it in your own wallet. CRASHSCAN never holds your funds or your keys and cannot move anything without your signature.

By using CRASHSCAN you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use CRASHSCAN.

2. Who may use Crash Zap

The tokenized stocks Crash Zap handles are securities or tracker certificates issued by third parties: Robinhood Stock Tokens, xStocks by Backed Assets, and Backpack Securities. They are not registered under US securities laws, and their issuers do not offer them in several other countries. You may not use Crash Zap if any of the following applies to you:

  • you are a US person, or you are in or live in the United States;
  • you are in or live in Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates or Japan;
  • you are in or live in a country or region under comprehensive sanctions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine;
  • you, or a wallet you use, appear on a sanctions list of the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States;
  • using Crash Zap would be unlawful where you are.

Issuers can restrict further countries, and their own terms apply to you as well. Crash Zap asks you to confirm that you are eligible before your first zap. We may refuse, limit or block access to Crash Zap at any time. The read-only scanner stays available.

3. No advice

CRASHSCAN shows data and builds the transactions you ask for. Nothing on CRASHSCAN is investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. Make your own decisions, and get professional advice where you need it.

4. Fees and referrals

Crash Zap charges 0.25% of each zap, collected inside the swap and shown before you confirm. When you arrive through a referral link, the referrer receives 0.06% of it in the same transaction and CRASHSCAN keeps 0.19%. On Robinhood Chain, wallets holding at least 1,000,000 CRASHCAT pay no CRASHSCAN fee.

Network fees go to the blockchain, not to CRASHSCAN. We may change fees; the fee that applies is always the one shown before you confirm. Referral payouts are not guaranteed and the program may change or end.

5. How zaps work, and their risks

Crash Zap sells through third-party routing: Rialto on Robinhood Chain, through the CrashZap contract, and Jupiter on Solana. Prices can move before a transaction lands. Each zap sets a minimum amount you will receive and fails rather than fill below it. A Solana zap can take several transactions that settle independently, so some sales may land while others do not. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.

Tokenized stocks carry their own risks. They depend on their issuer and its custodians, can be paused, may have little liquidity, usually give no shareholder rights, and can trade away from the price of the underlying share. Smart contracts, wallets and networks can fail.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your wallet, keys and devices, for checking every transaction before you sign it, and for any taxes or reporting that apply to you. Do not use CRASHSCAN for anything unlawful.

7. Third-party services

The wallets, issuers, exchanges, routers and data providers you reach through CRASHSCAN are independent of us and have their own terms, which apply to you. We are not responsible for their services, prices, availability or conduct.

8. No warranty, limited liability

CRASHSCAN is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. To the fullest extent the law allows, CRASHSCAN and its team are not liable for any loss arising from your use of CRASHSCAN, including losses from price movements, failed or partial transactions, third-party services, or mistakes when signing.

9. Changes and questions

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the current version, and Crash Zap asks you to confirm again when the eligibility terms change. Questions can be sent to ops@crashscan.fun or through the support page. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.
